Why,back then ,it were run  by  people with a lot of money (bobo’s)

They did not have the strength in there heart or blood to run our great sport as out the piont of view

as a Athlete  ;BMXrider

ofcourse there are always things to improve

Without You :,there is no sport,fun,future, education,legacy

Back then I thought ,how can I promote our sport to a better level ,then kids for fun on a bmx.

So I did have a dream:

If our sport BMX could be part of the British school system for Physical Education system,

it would be recognize worldwide as a professional  sport and you recognize young talent in a earlier  stage

In 1988 I became European Correspondent  for Australian BMX Association and Australian magz.

Start traveling around Europe –  later around the WORLD to promote our great sport BMX

 

 

18 July 1990 , Friendship started between  Karel Seydel and English BMX Association

 Since 1991 ,I became European bmx correspondent for  English BMX Association

 

World championships bmx,France 1990 I became Together with  BMX National team  from Australia ;World Champion ,

photo I had taken turn up in the official magazine from Australian Cycling Federation

I became European BMX correspondent for  Canadian BMX Association – NBL – ABA both from the USA –

BMX South Africa – BMX Zimbabwe

My first foreign  bmx sponsor was GT Bicycles inc. – Dyno,Robinson Racing,Auburn,Powerlite.

Involved with English BMX Association ;Promotion BMX World Championships 1996 in Brighton,England

BMX/Freestyle promotion INDONESIA since 2007

2011 friendship with Team Great Britain – British Olympic Association

I was still dreaming then after 21 years

London2012

My dream comes final true after 21 years ,the British Government and

British  Olympic Association start working together

 

I was invited by British Olympic Association

 to follow TeamGB during London2012

This great honor  for  me coming from The Netherlands

After that everything went by it self  getting more and more involved with IOC and BMX and other sports

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I was involved with Toyko2020 and then came corona!
